Publish an Analysis

Publishing an analysis makes its comparison results (differential gene expression) available in the OmicsBrowser.

Unpublishing an analysis has the opposite effect.

To publish or unpublish an analysis, click on the corresponding buttons in the grid toolbar.

When publishing an analysis, the user must select a collection to publish it to. Learn more about collections here.
