# Publish an Analysis

Publishing an analysis makes its comparison results (differential gene expression) available in the [OmicsBrowser](/documentation/omicsbrowser.md). 

Unpublishing an analysis has the opposite effect. 

To publish or unpublish an analysis, click on the corresponding buttons in the grid toolbar.

When publishing an analysis, the user must select a collection to publish it to. [Learn more about collections here.](/documentation/administration/collections.md)
