# Analysis Workbench

There are 3 analysis workflows available in Panomics, each offering appropriate analytical methods for the modality that's being analyzed.

Workflows share a common structure, so the UI always stays familiar and intuitive.

{% hint style="info" %}
Within some modules, multiple bioinformatics actions can be taken. Visit each module to learn about all the options in detail.
{% endhint %}

## Result Details Structure

Some modules yield individualized results and each can be viewed in a details page. The result details page has a common structure across modules.

### Header

* Back button - navigate to the results listing for the selected module
* Result name
* Edit button - inline editing of the result name
* Info button - displays the parameters that were used to generate the result
* Delete button - permanently deletes the result

### Main Content

A number of tabs, each presenting data either as plots or as data grids.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://documentation.panomics.bio/documentation/analyses/analysis-workbench.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
